Ducky, grated potatoes fried in duck fat with rosemary, garlic, and grated onion.  A good time was had by me.  The puppies enjoyed the wings, neck and back bone.  They not to feed bones to dogs.  I have never believed it.

My Mom, and her Mom, always made a couple pans of persimmon pudding.....with fresh homemade whipped cream....what I'd give for some now....
