Grilled cheese and chips....quick/good/tasty.... ;D
Oyster stew and later a baked potato with butter, sour cream, shredded onion since I had no chives, a touch of shreaded shar cheddar, and bits of crisp minced left over Cajun sausage ;D
...now that's building a 'baker'..... ;D one of the malls around here used to have a "One potato, two potato...." place that you could buy a huge 'baker' and have all the various toppings that you wanted.....very popular place.....

Now that is always a good meal.
We don't have a place like that down here in the sticks so I see what I have and improvise ::)

We usually end up doing the same thing....bake a spud....open the 'fridge' and....... ;D
