When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because those weirdos are your tribe.  (Sweatpants & Coffee)

?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

That's the way it is supposed to be.  You've never lived until you've seen it.  It is wondrous.

The fish are fair.  The male has a bump on his forehead.  The female is kinda pointy faced.  They aren't Dennis' fish.  The are from some guy in Australia looking to sell breeding pairs.
Always move forward. Never look back.

It's a head-on photo of Danio rerio var. frankei.  The Leopard Danio.  Here's the full-sized original...

And this is a side shot of a Leopard Danio.....

Those are quite the pectoral fins on that fish. Also an interesting spot on its head. The side view looks like a completely different fish.

Very nice. You have such cool fish.

Thanks Pauline!  I'm always amazed at the new things you see when looking at these fish in high resolution photographs.  It's like the barbels on some of these fish.  You never really notice them when the fish are just swimming around in the aquarium.
