Diabetes

Went to the Doc today. I knew this was coming I now have diabetes. I have been around it all my life. My grand parents and parents had it. They have came a long way with diabetes since my grand parents. So it is not all that bad. The hard part is not being able to drink my Pepsi. I guess I will have to switch to diet Vernors.

It's skipped some generations in our family...but it lurks....hope it's the milder form JR...

I was diagnosed with type 2 four and a half years ago. Dr. put me on meds but they were breaking my skin out. I stopped drinking and lost 50 pounds and now my A1C test come back perfect.

That is what I hope to do. I went in at 9am I was at 194 He put  me on meds. Dont no what my A1C is yet. I drink a 12 pack of Pepsi a day. So if I stop the Pepsi I will be ok.

Not joking. As soon as I get up the first than was a Pepsi had one in my hand all day.
