'Morning, Muggers.  Thank God for morning coffee.  I have a dog later this morning...finally!  Then I'll take a shot at fixing the mower.  By thin it will be to hot out to mow so I'll figure out something else to do.

....while last nights storm blew branches down all over the place, it rained like hell.....I'd like to mow but the grass is soaked....however, the yard does need some debris pick...

...couple morn'n errands first tho.....actually it still looks like it'll rain out..... ..nothing in the forecast ..

Good morning all. Great coffee here too. As I finished pouring my cup the power went out in the whole sub-division. It was out about an hour and I have everything running except one AC 110 HOB that probably just need to be primed.

It's 58 degrees at the moment and going up into the mid 70s this afternoon. Plenty of sunshine also.

Morn'n Willie..... .....despite our thorms of late we've only had the power blink off/on once I believe.....it was quick...did have to reset all the clocks....

...Low 70s again today and tomorrow....then finally back up into the 80s...

...looks like we're gonna start tearing out the floor in one of 2 units that Darren is going to re-floor for us....I'm going to assist as long as the knees and back hold out
