Young pairs...

It's time to start some new, and younger pairings...actually past time...sometimes we fall in love with a pair, or two, or three, etc....seems I'm guilty as charged.

I'll begin by using my 'keepers', possibly re-pairing a few from the existing pairs..?? I'd like to start a nice Plat Marble line....we'll see...new Koi pairings will take place too, as well as breeding in the Sunsets with select Koi....(project X)...

I have some 'het' blue/hb veils from Liz that I'll pair up with possibly a pb smokey, or pb smokey pariaba...??....I like pb clowns and pb leopards, so that will introduce the 'veil' to that line as well as the zebra.....win/win....

We'll be revising our cory pod too....time to get em going again.... ;D

With the fall season rapidly approaching, it's a good time to set up those 'indoor' winter projects....yeppers  w!w

Anyone else making plans for the cooler seasons coming up???

Well it is time to retire a few pairs that I have here too. The Plats: I am going to shoot for 1 more spawn from my original pair. I am going to keep two Koi pairs since they are young. I have a 3rd Koi pair that is still in a community tank. I might sell that pair to someone in the DC club.

The Blue Marbles from Jon are coming on strong. Hopefully I can get a couple of pairs out of them. Their fry will be hot sellers out here. I set up two more 55s for growout yesterday. Still need to get an electrician in here for more juice.

Too Many Fish. Not Enough Tanks.

I'm waiting for my keeper HBs and the het Blue/Hbs to mature.  I want to breed the het Blue/HBs sib to sib and pray for the magic.  Then I have my fancy dancy expensive guppies coming in an a couple of cays ;D  Their tanks are all set up and waiting for their arrival.  Now that Geico had fixed their screw up with my credit card I need to buy guppy grass and water lettuce.
Always move forward. Never look back.

How much guppy grass and water lettuce do you want? I'll send you some if you want to pay the postage. I've got plenty of extra GG growing packed tight in a 5g and loosely packed in a 12g. There will be possibility of snails and planaria. But if I remember correctly, you treat for worms with Levamisol or something like it. I'm always dumping water lettuce from the 12g.
