...we had coconut shrimp from it last night...yum...

lol  Thank Barb.  She's the one who told me about it.  The one thing we both hate about it is that we don't know how to give the inside of the thing a good clean.

I just saw a corona video by a girl who did a good job on her toaster oven with baking soda and water.  I'll give that a try.  Mine is getting pretty disgusting.

...rinsed it with water...Cut the strips in half...sprayed the basket with Pam...Laid the strips on the basket and...cooked 3 minutes on each side...
