Since I already had shredded cabbage and carrots in the fridge and zucchini from the garden I cut the zuchini into match sticks and tossed them all together to make a stir fry. I minced a clove of garlic and some dried ginger. Then I basically followed this recipe. I made enough to heat up for a meal tomorrow, but I ate the whole thing because it was so very good, I didn't have any rice noodles so I had it over boiled white rice.
