Dinner anyone?
« on: March 26, 2020, 06:11:22 pm »
I had post roast from the freezer.  It was good but I crave a full meal that's more fresh.  I feel the need to hit the supermarket tomorrow.  I have do decide what it is I am most craving first.  I have an idea but haven't perfected the recipe in my head yet.

I'm thinking of doing something with a fresh tuna steak that I can use in a salad.  I'd like to make cabbage the base, perhaps as a very low mayo coleslaw.  I'm also thinking of something peppery.  Radishes would work.  I'm thinking of capers for the salty component.
