Good morning. Great coffee here. It's in the lo 30s here and won't get much warmer. Hopefully the wind is not strong as yesterday's wind.

A little putzing in the fishroom amd cleanup around the house. That snow storm moving through Chicagoland tonight will move through here tomorrow night so I'll be bracing for that.

,,,SUNNY TODAY....!  Low 60s....

....Putzing day for sure....already had the fellow from the town's building dept here to go over our plans to build the yard sale storage shed...gave us some good ideas to reduce costs too....

Even duct tape can't fix stupid ... but it can muffle the sound...and zip ties, properly applied, can reduce the movement!

...yes...residents have a lot of stuff that they get rid of that still has usable life left...we set up tents usually first of January for storage and they fill pretty fast...sometime the wind between now and end of Feb when the Spring Fling events begin will have its way with the tent material....therefore we're going to do something more permanent and sturdy... The yard sale brings in about 5k-6k free and clear that goes into our general fund, thereby helping keep our annual assessments around $700.00 per lot...!
