I'm thinking of making Stroganoff.  I have all the stuff including to make it this way.  It tastes very good in my mind's taste buds.  http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/masterchef-stroganoff-431493

Tri-tip, rice, and mayonnaise scooped with artichoke. The artichoke is cooked with a little red wine vinegar.
