My roast was delicious over some Mexican style rice (Goya). Plenty more for leftovers tomorrow. |^| |^| |^|

...cut up pieces of roast, rice, etc....scramble in a few+ eggs and make 'garbage time' breakfast..... |^|..biscuits or toast...yada yada....good hot sauce for the 'mess'......yum yum.... |^|

We have an award winning barbecue place up here that has great chili. Gale put some leftover chili in the scrambled eggs and served it over thin sliced cornbread one morning.

As Mug would say . . . MMmmmm.
