Thick cut baloney sandwiches topped with roasted bell pepper slices, cheesy au gratin potatoes on the side, and then no-bake cookies for desert.   8)

Oh yeah, I'm also on a Win X system tonite.  Drug out some spare hard drives and set them up with Win X before the FREE upgrade expires...  I've already had some client inquiries so I guess I'll have to learn it!   :(
