Shrek and Fiona

We just picked up another male cockatiel this morning....'Shrek'..aka Shreeek...LOL...is now her new boyfriend.....for breeding purposes.....

Love them, i would like to have a pair but my cockatoo won't let me. She doesn't like any other birds. I have tried

It's a shame, but Pete's just too tame for breeding, all he does is tell her "Pete's a pretty bird". "Hello Pete". etc....and seranade her with 'Jingle Bells"...his favorite tune....LOL..I think the kicker is when he tells her "night, night".....she turns in.....LOL

How funny!  I love cockatiels.  I had one many years ago and she was absolutely full of personality.  She would actually lay in my hand on her back and let me rub her tummy.

Pete's on a 'sabbatical' in the cage right beside them....temporary until we see how Shreky boy gets along....didn't want Pete getting any abuse, he's such a good guy...
