I had baked turkey wings with a Mexican rice (Goya) and some Brussels Sprouts. It was delicious. I have plenty of the turkey wings leftover too. I am trying to eat everything I have in my freezer that is still good before I buy anymore meat. lol

I took left over Chicken Paprika out of the freezer to thaw.  Looking forward to tomorrow.  Corned beef and cabbage.  I'll make a coq au vin Sunday or Monday.
