Chubby Checker sues over manhood app.  The singer filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Hewlett Packard and Palm Inc., in federal court in Fort Pierce, Fla., on Tuesday over the app called "The Chubby Checker."

HA..I saw him in Ft. Pierce, FL years ago doing a performance in a small venue there! It was a lot of fun, everybody got up and did the "twist!" Hope he wins his lawsuit too. Hey, maybe the publicity will bring the twist back..it's probably gotta be "gangham style" nowdays though! lol
