More red beans and rice here.  I'm thinking of making a Kidney stew tomorrow if  my supermarket has a nice veal or beef kidney.  I may have to ask them to order one for me.  I serve it over rice
Always move forward. Never look back.

Did exactly this Sat night when the daughter and granddaughter came for dinner. Would have loved a slice of onion but wasn't going to buy a whole onion just for one slice and waste the rest.

Had Popeyes tonight. No dirty rice, but 2 helps of smashers with their gravy and butter on it. No wonder this pot is developing above my beltline!!!!!
Happy Aquariuming,
Ron

I use the chimney starter for the charcoal. Takes just a bit longer than my gas grill. I haven't used the gas grill in quite a while.

I used to use one of those vented containers, no fluids...no smell/taste...but lost it somewhere??.. ;D....now it's cheap charcoal lighter....

Yeah that's the chimney starter I think. I swear by mine. I'll never use lighter fluid again. Two sheets of newspaper for a full chimney in fifteen minutes is fine by me.
