A rich Texan has plane trouble in the Himalayas and crashes, he is saved from the wreckage by Buddhist monks who bring him back to their monastery to nurse him back to health. They feed him fish and chips, he had never tasted fries like that before and says to himself he could make a fortune back home if he got the recipe. After a week he is fit and ready to go back home. As he thanks his rescuers for saving his life he can't help himself but ask one of the brothers for the chips recipe to which the brother replies "Don't ask me I'm the fish friar, talk to the chip monk".
