It happened to me several years ago when I was already old!  I was in a tight spot because the guy's wife was sitting on the other side of him.  At least he was gentleman enough to let me beat the snot out of his middle body.  It was much more satasfying than hitting the heavy bag.  I wanted to hurt him but I couldn't because his middle was very strong.  Back then I was nothing but muscle and bone.  I'd been working construction as well as grooming (which folks don't know IS physical).
