I know a guy who is very opinionated,even more so when he's drinking/drunk,which is most of the time.
Goes to the christmas party and starts shooting off his mouth,ALMOST gets fired,but his supervisor talks management into keeping him.

So what does he do,shows up at the New Years party and does the SAME THING.That was the end of that cushy job,where all he had to do was basically show up for work to get paid.
