?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

I got these at the same time as the Wharfedales,Heathkit AS-10's.
Heathkit's version of an Acoustic Research AR-2 using Jensen drivers.
10'' woofer with cloth surround and dual tweeter array, from the early 70's.

They needed a little work, veneer was lifting in a couple spots, used some wood glue to fix that.
Then gave them a coat of Howard's Feed-N-Wax,made a HUGE difference.
Love the detail on the fronts, connected them for the first time today and they sound excellent.

Unfortunately i'm probably going to have to sell them  :(,need the cash.
Anyone within driving distance can have these beauties for only $75.
