stupid computer stuff

Old faithful has suddenly made Google Chrome show up in the lower right hand corner of the screen in a place where I couldn't click to make it go full screen.

This happened once before and I fixed it.  Please tell me if I remember correctly.  I unstalled Google Chrome, then went to Internet Explorer, searched for Google Chrome, found it, and reinstalled it.  That's right, right?

I'm using IE as a type.  I don't care for it, but at least it's working.

Can't you simply click/hold and drag it back??....or right click on it and select the option???

I can make it bigger but not so big that I'm able to close the window or right click on anything that does me any good. 

I can't stand this no good IE.  If I can't fix it myself, I'll bring my laptop home form work.
