The transformation from a grassy yard to what they created is amazing when you see the neighbor's identical sized lot. Being in Indiana there will be serious maintenance  fees from falling leaves, opening and closing the pond and streams for the winter.....but it is beautiful. Now they have to do something about those two satellite dishes. Lol.
When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because those weirdos are your tribe.  (Sweatpants & Coffee)

I saw em too.....but his 'room' near the pond has to have certain amenities. I'm sure...LOL...plus, if has the $$$$$'s to build that pond....he won't even sneeze at the maintenance costs.. ;D
