?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

I made a chicken stew.  I make the best chicken stew on earth, and I had had a chicken carcass that I could not let go to waste.  I didn't eat it because it's so much better after it ages in the fridge for a day.  Tonight I had tamales that were hand made tje right way by Mexican guy.
Always move forward. Never look back.

I love tamales. I get mine hand made from a Mexican lady at a flea market. I think she has the best ones in town.
She doesn't speak a lick of English.  Good thing her son is with her. I don't speak much Spanish and what I do know isn't nice.
