Pork chop sandwiches....

...Yum.....baked some pork chops, with roasted garlic and herbs.....dang good.... LOL....neither of us wanted to cook anything else..... ....

I love pork chops. The first time I ever ate a pork chop sandwich I was at a bluegrass festival. I took a big bite. I broke a tooth. I looked at Patty and said damn who would leave a  bone in a sandwich. She laughed and told me thats is how they make them.

..grill up some boneless chops with some 'Sweet Baby Ray's' BBQ sauce smothered on them....heaven
