One of my favorites and I haven't made it for months.  I made do tonight.  Tomorrow and Monday I shall feast on Jambalaya.

Mmmmmm, makes my mouth water just thinking about some.  I haven't had any in years....  the last time my wife made some it had these super hot sausages in it, it was hot even when it was cold.  LOL
