I was freshening up the red worms a bit ago and found Alfalfa sprouts growing in there...cool...I've been crumbling the 'pucks' up, and mixing them in well, along with lettuce, onions, apple pieces and coffee grounds.....The dirt is excellent..it's black, and we keep it moist.....
