After running around like 'yahoo's for the last 4-5 days, and getting things settleed and caught up in the fish room...we're pooped...don't get old folks, it's a trap...

Sooooo...we had BLT's tonight...easy and yummy. We buy the pre-cooked bacon at the local market. You only get 15-16 slices for about the same price, or a little less. However, no pan, no grease, no fuss..lay a few slices on a paper towel....4-5 secs..boomba, it's done.....sweet...it's a worth while purchase...stays good in the fridge (after opening) for a couple weeks...when unopened, pop it next to the box of Wheaties in the  cabinet. We love this product....want a BLT, or a couple quick eggs, pop it in the 'nuker'...your ready... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

ps..why doesn't 'auto correct' recognize 'boomba'...????sheesh

Good idea!  We had French dip sandwiches tonight while we watched the Hawks! Woohoo! What a game!
