Hi folks, where are you all today?  Hope you are well?  Here just another hot and very dry day.  I have to do a lot of hose watering just to keep some things alive.  Hate to say the H word but a good tropical storm, without too much wind, would be most welcome.  Tomorrow I drive over to PT, 4 miles, to begin their tough workouts.  Dread and look forward to it all.  I will let you know how it goes.   I am going to tell them my goal is to be able to walk 1 mile with no pain.  More if possible.  I haven't been able to do this in 10 years or more.  Have a good eve you all,

Hi Barb and everyone. It is 7:45 pm here and the temp is 94 degrees. I can't remember it being so hot this late in the day.

Thorms that are supposed to roll through have not yet arrived and since they are supposed to be spotty we may not get any.

Barb, good luck with your PT tomorrow. I am sure that you will hit your goal and more.

Hello Muggers...!

Last night we had some serious thunder boomies...and I slept thru it all     Stan told me that they had a bad night with their dog, Sofie...poor thing...we're probably going to have more tonight...it got to 100 today and now is 97...

I did get over to pickup the racks and tanks yesterday...I'll be getting them setup this week and next...I really need to install a manifold around the room with airline drops and get an efficient air delivery system setup as I do this...need to call John at Jehmco to get advice on efficient pump to order...

We're making a chili-cornbread casserole for dinner tonight...we've had it once before and it is delicious...there will be enough to freeze and save for another meal or two...

...speaking of freeze...we cleaned out our 2 fridge freezers and upright freezer this morning and put everything we kept in large containers we got at Dollar Tree (which is "More Than A Dollar Tree now🥴)...meats, veggies, fruits, breads, fish foods all in their own containers and shelves...I hope we can be diligent and keep it all organized...now we can just pull out the container select what we want and put the container back...!👍

I'm looking forward to hearing how your PT goes, Barb...I'm figuring you'll do well since you've been diligent at your in-home PT...
