It's been good enough, just not very exciting.  Looks like nobody else has anything exciting going on either.  I'm sure Willie is busy entertaining his guests and Barb has worked herself half to death shoveling and spreading dirt.  Ron is pondering his plant business.

It's been a cool and beautiful day here but I decided that I needed to take a day off from physical stuff so I did.  I scooped up some more snots and shrimp for Twee.  She will adore my snails.  I'm sending her most of the rest of my adult size ones because I have many clutches off babies growing out.  I'm not going to have as many shrimp for her as she asked for.  Only my yellows from Ron are super prolific.  The blues are.  Since I got new blood from Willie I have a plethora of little ones.  I didn't feel comfortable giving her more that I few adults since she only wants adults to sell.  I gave her the Rili Reds I could find and I'll give her my last red if I can spot it.

My big news of the day is that I just looked out the window and one of the Moonflowers I planted from seed later in the year has it's first flower this evening.
Always move forward. Never look back.

Hi Liz, lots of fishy stuff for you today I see.  I finished spreading my topsoil, it only took about  2 1/2 hrs to spread it all with a garden rake and shovel. I enjoyed the work, and the weather was beautiful for it.  Tomorrow I will order the mulch, I think it is cypress mulch, which is supposed to be anti bug, hope that means no fire ants.  Enjoy those moonflowers, wish mine had blooms instead of just leaves.

...hi ladies...and Willie when you catch this..

Woke up to rain this morning...nice...but temps were in 60s most of the day...wasn't so bad here compared to Tacoma...not sure why that is...????

The day was spent working a little bit on our rental that has a couple coming in the end of this week...measured for drapes and curtains...then met friends of lunch and then on to Wally World to get them... by then it was to late to do much so we went back to the rental, hung one set in the bedroom and put new bedding on the queen bed... by then I was shot so we headed home and stopped at In-n-Out for a burger on the way...

So, no, Liz...didn't have too much thought on the plants biz today...other than on the way home I was asking Lucy if I was spending too much of my life and time in this hobby...

Barb, I hope you didn't stain yourself!...And Willie, I hope you had a wonderful time with your guests!...

Happy aquariuming, folks!   |^| |^| |^|

Happy Aquariuming,
Ron
