Hi folks, it is a nice day out there, so far.  But only 46 now, at 8am.  Very cold for this area of the country in mid April.  Sure glad I have put off my veg, planting.   I did plant some shrubs in the backyard yesterday, one is a beautiful blooming snowball bush, put it where I can see it from my LR windows.  I have a 250 mi. drive today to get clay!  Hope you are all well and having a good day.

Good morning Barb and everyone. I missed yesterday because I had to make a daytrip into the DC area (Silver Spring) to take care of a few things and when I got back I logged in but was mentally tired so quickly logged out. My back was also bothering me from the drive and that was a first. I feel good today though.

Getting things ready for my edging stone which gets delivered tomorrow. I ordered 100 of the bricks and that should be enough to edge all of my flower beds. I just hope it doesn't rain. The forecast calls for sunny skies and a 5% chance of rain.

Barb you have a safe trip and I'm wishing everyone a great day.

Hi Willie, be careful with the edging stones, bet it will look great though. I got home from my 350 mi. trip and got 100 lbs of clay.  Been a long day...
