It's called Shello as in snail jello.  I got a free sample when I bought my Mystery Snail clutches.  I tossed a cube in the shrimp tanks that also have many many baby plecos.  First my baby plecos attacked it.  It attracted many pest snails but it retained it's shape enough that I could take it out, knock off the snails and put it back in the tank.  Once it was nice and soft the shrimp went nuts over it.  You can buy this stuff but it's way easy to make yourself using either veggie baby food or finely blended fresh veggies.  https://steemit.com/snails/@snailshack/for-the-aquatic-snail-keeper-snello-recipe
