Liz they are just beauties. I used to breed Bettas about about 35 years ago. It was a lot of fun but I need lots and lots of jars for the males. My wife wasn't too happy about that. lol

I would like to be able to simply enjoy them for a while.  But I'm a breeder at heart so I know that eventually I'll be buying a lot of jars.  Willie, do you have any pics of your breeding set up from back then?

Holey moley, those are gorgeous Liz!!!  They are the same color as my Stendker Flachens.  And that is the prettiest female betta I have ever seen, didn't know they grew with such fins and color, thought they were mostly brown.  GOOD LUCK BREEDING THEM!

I wish I did. That was such a long time ago that even if I did take pictures it was probably with one of those cameras you took to the drug store to have developed. If I find something I will post it.
