I had all the ingredients today but I used up the 1/2 cup of sour cream that I'd been saving it for on a fish recipe because I forgot to buy butter milk.

This recipe actually sounds perfect.  Another plus is that the recipes I have made by this woman have always turned out to be excellent (to my plebeian taste buds).
Always move forward. Never look back.

I love cheesecake! On Sat. I made a Key Lime pie with real key lime juice from a famous place in Key West Fl.  It was great.  Hope your cake comes out well Liz.

I used up all my sour cream.  I'll make it tomorrow after the grocery store.

I've had a slice of this cheesecake 3 days in a row.  I decided that it's good enough to post the recipe.  Just a tad too sweet for my taste but amazingly rich.  The texture is better after 24 hrs in the fridge.  This one is a keeper for sure.
