Every year I think about doing a smaller pond out back....it seems this year is no different...LOL

I'm think two tub type ponds with one pumped back to the other then flowing back again to the pump pond....they would seem like one...kinda in appearance ...

..rocks, plants, etal....

Hmmm....morning sun, afternoon shade?

If you do get  UV,unless you are in love with pea soup.  ;D

Mine quickly turned green big time when the bulb blew.
I would never set one up without it.

Not impossible to do,but you would likely need a ton of live plants, low stocking level, and luck.

Racoons were   a big problem with tearing  up the potted plants.
I HATED those MF.
