Good morning all. Great coffee and lousy sleep. It is currently 58 degrees and raining. Rain is moving out in a little while and then we will have partly sunny skies with temps around 70.

With temps being in the high 60s to lo 70s today we are officially closing the winter with 0 measurable snow. We did have one day with flurries but they didn't stick.
