...seems our car plates have gone up?...from $98.00 to $151.00......WTF....where's my senior discount?

WTF thats over a 50% increase. 

...yup....but we may have just found the right Governor for Ill?..we'll slowly, but steadily digging ourselves out of the State's financial problems. The cost of plates being increased won't bother me if we continue to strive forward on this path.

Hopefully they won't raise the property taxes. One reason I left was the 10K+ in property taxes I was paying.

...Willie...you must have had a huge house or an enormous tax rate...we were paying 5K on ours in Tacoma WA and that's high...!

My house was 2700 sq. feet on a 1/2 acre lot but it was in Kane County. Yes they have an enormous tax rate.
