..it's 31degs and headed for a sunny day in the mid 40's.... ...50's tomorrow for the swap

Good morning all. Great coffee here. Still trying to get my eyes to stay open so I will need another cup.

It is currently 24 degrees but with no wind it feels a bit warmer. It is going up to 49F with nothing but sunny skies ahead. I predict it will get higher than 49. Maybe 55F.

...hello guys!....How ya doing?...

...I got up and started working on the itinerary for Ted Judy's visit here next weekend...Saturday I've worked it out for a member to escort him to his home for breakfast and touring his tanks, then over to a couple of the very good and large LFSs that help sponsor us...then to another clubmember's fish house(garage) where I will meet up with them and bring him here to a bonus talk he agreed to give at our ballroom in the clubhouse...Then Sunday 3 members will taking him birding and bring him on to the meeting...where he will give the feature talk...

...I've had to work at convincing some of the board members that having the bonus talk a little distant from where we normally meet is okay even though all members won't be available to attend because of distance...A bonus is for those that deserve it...if they travel a little bit further out of their way, they deserve it...besides when I put it out there, no one else came back with a free meeting room on this short notice...

...once again, this is our first national speaker here and we'll see how all this turns out and if it is worth the $$$...meanwhile I'm breaking in our board to the real aquarium club scene!!!!...

...the concept of having something that wasn't almost totally available to all the dues paying members was sticking in some of their throats...I think they're over that now...
