Leftover lasagna.  It was way better after it had been than right after I made it.  The flavors needed to blend, and more important the noodles had to absorb more of the sauce.

The place that I worked at had a cook that would make the corned beef hash in big pans....chunky style corned beef, onion, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, etc at the night before she served i so the flavors would blend in.......the very best corned beef hash that I have ever tasted....bar none.....damn it was good...I can taste it now...MMMMmmmmmm...
