?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

All I can do is give a review of my lasagna sauce.  I have never tasted a tomato sauce so good in my entire life.  The fresh herbs added so much brightness.  And the flavors of the tomatoes, wine, milk, diced veggies, minced garlic, and heavy cream finished off with a tablespoon of fish sauce blended together to make an incredible whole.  I tasted it for seasoning and the Italian sausage added almost enough.  It's cooking off and then it's going in the fridge for the flavors to blend even more.  Even if my lasagna doesn't turn out, I have nailed this sauce.  It's a fabulous sauce to put over any pasta.  I will made this again.

To be continued tomorrow when I put the rest of the lasagna together.
Always move forward. Never look back.
