Saturday eats

..Pot roast w/taters/onions/etc cooked around it....it smells sooooooo good

Air Fryer chickens wings (lots of garlic) and leftover thanksgiving sides. Mac & cheese, potato salad, green beans.

Chicken wings and french fries are made for the air fryer. I made a small pork roast that came out great also but I only did it once. I have to try one again. Still eating. lol

Both yesterday and today I did what I like to call cooking for the future.  Yesterday it was Chef Paul's angle hair meatballs, today his killer chicken.  I still have the red beans and rice left, but I might do something productive out of doors tomorrow.
