Paying bills today...UGH...

Good news is....just got off the phone with a buyers for our second rental we're selling...I will have their agreement here today and down payment Friday.... |^| |^| |^| |^| |^|

I was a wonderful weather day in the mid 50s under the sun. a little breezy but that was ok. I was out all day.
