FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW

I was just walking by Charlie's tank and I saw something small and strange stuck on the glass so I went over to check it out, and look what I found!

A baby pleco! The pic is kinda blurry but it's just sooo darn cute! I had no idea they even mated! Now I know why Sarge was being so aggressive to the other fish in the tank. He must have had some eggs hiding somewhere, but I don't even have a cave for them! I can't believe I didn't notice any babies earlier than this. I never saw any eggs or anything! I'm guessing they had them somewhere underneath the piece of driftwood in the tank since I never look under the back of it. But I was never expecting them to breed, and I really hope I didn't suck up any eggs or babies during a water change!

Looking all over the tank, I can only see one so far. I wonder if there are any more. Maybe Charlie ate them all before they had a chance to get this big....that might explain how he got bloated, lol! (BTW Charlie's meds are over and he is all better now!)

congrats,  Them plecos are resourceful little things. I have had them spawn in holy rock. I didn't see the eggs until I moved the rock and they fell out.

And hmmm. I don't think so, as I'm leaving tomorrow to move in my new apartment at college! But it would be fun. I guess I'll tell you if I do end up going, lol.
