I bought a new appliance and am just now starting to like it.  It's an air fryer/toaster/oven.  I wanted it mostly because sometimes I need a second oven.  I'm not crazy about it so far. 

Yesterday I air fried a marinated and breaded pork chop with green beans and I was delighted.  Tonight I did the beans again but this time with a couple of chicken thighs.  It was not real fried chicken by any means but is was unexpectedly juicy and I was happy.  I had it along Spanish rice from the stove top.

This is a great appliance to have if you want to make a quick meal that's good and doesn't take much time.  I'm almost glad I bought it.

Yep, quick and tasty, that is what I need these days.  No time for multi ingredient recipes and long cooking.  I had hoped you would like it.  I use mine a lot.

Barb, that's what I wanted to tell you when I called last night.  But we got into other things and I forgot.  I don't love it yet because I like a different style of cooking but it's a helpful tool for a quick home cooked meal.
