...we have a nice rolled chuck roast that we going to have,,,but alas, got to putz'n around til it was too late to put in to cook.... wfwf

Well, that's a shame.  What did you stuff it with?  I have a tenderloin in the freezer that I've been thinking about.

I'm having Chef Paul's Famous Chicken again.  Just 5 more minutes...
