Still too hot outside to do anything but sit in the shade.  They say that it will cool off tomorrow.  I hope they're right.  I have outside work I need to do.

I ordered a cheap as dirt meat grinder on Amazon that was delivered today.  It was 9 bucks with free shipping.  The reviews were mostly very positive, and it was so cheap that if it didn't work it wouldn't bother me.  Surprisingly it worked very well.  It seems to be well designed and good enough for light duty work.  It's also says that it's a juicer.  I decided that I'd test it's limits by making carrot juice which I adore.  It did the job, but those tough carrots were a chore for it so it took a lot of muscle power.  It will be good for tomato juice.  Grinding lean meat was easy peasy.  I'm going to make my own beef heart for the Discus.

A couple of customers called.  I have a dog for Saturday and 2 tomorrow at 9.  That forced me to clean the house.  It is acceptably clean now.

I love my little puppies.  They are fat and growing well.  I'm amazed by Pip, the wonder dog who is able to make enough milk for all 8 or them.
