..the coffee's very good on this warm 80deg morn'n.....

..the hot weather will be with us all weekend....and get hotter each day.... wfwf.....

..we'll be heading out early to have a 'Jan's' birthday breakfast with #1 son's family ...we'll meet up over at 'Flappy's', a great breakfast place.... :)
