Good morning all. It's a beautiful day here with temps in the 70s and plenty of sunshine. It's going to get into the lower 80s with no rain in sight.

Picked up a cold on the flight back home. It hit me last night. It's been years since I last had a cold.

...92 right now...sunny....might break 100 today...

...sick last night with stomach issues...went to new doc this week and he says might be a food intolerance... we'll pursue that course...I'm keeping a food diary now...
