?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

Our time was like the 30's and 40's in that there was a ton of great music that we still play today.  I feel good that our era in music was among the most memorable.

As for today, I was mostly lazy.  I had good intentions I headed off to the Dr. this morning but the road to his town was closed at a bridge and the only other way I knew to get to his town would take an extremely long time.  I rescheduled my appt. and went home.  Then Ken at the fish store called and said that my Rainbows were in so I was off to Hattiesburg.  I got the fish tanked, ate lunch/dinner then sat around and watched the Rainbow tank.  Then I took my rescue chicken outside to eat her greens.  I fed all the chickens their daily treat of scratch and home grown meal worms.  Then I took a nap.

When I made myself get up guilt struck and I mowed the front and side yard.  I vow to do better tomorrow.

Always move forward. Never look back.
