I need to take a trip to the cheese store. I have a recipe for cheese torte from my mother that I make about twice a year. Recipe calls for dry curd cottage cheese that is almost impossible to find in the stores.  There is a little cheese shop in Milwaukee that caries Bakers cheese which works great.  Now my mouth is starting to water just talking about it.

Good afternoon. I hope everybody had a great Christmas. Just getting home from a wonderful holiday trip to DC and NYC. A little tired but the trip was well worth it.

All of the fish are hungry doing well. lol Now I am going to open my Christmas gifts from Vikki so I can tell her how much I loved everything she got for for me.
